Complaints

To submit a complaint regarding violations of ethical standards or to appeal against a decision of the Editor-in-Chief or the results of peer review, the author should contact the Editorial Office. The author must clearly substantiate the grounds for the appeal, explain the reasons for disagreement with the decision, and provide rebuttals or new evidence.

If the appeal concerns the results of peer review, the author should indicate specific errors in the review and, where applicable, provide justification for any suspected conflict of interest on the part of the reviewer.

Appeals are considered at a meeting of the Editorial Board, with the possible involvement of subject-matter experts where necessary. Following deliberation, the Editorial Board may recommend revision of the manuscript, initiate an additional round of peer review, or uphold the decision to reject the manuscript.

The Editorial Board considers only one appeal per manuscript, and its decision is final.

Appeals must be submitted to the official email address of the Bulletin of the Lviv National Academy of Arts (Visnyk LNAA): visnyk@lnam.edu.ua.
